“According to information from the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, currently Ho Chi Minh City is also prioritizing the transfer of waste treatment from landfill to incineration. The goal is by 2020, to reduce the amount of waste that is landfilled from 76% to 50%, and by 2025 to only 20% of the waste that is landfilled.”
